Winemaking: Artisan Blending. Extended Ageing
Meticulous field work followed by gentle vinification and extended barrel and bottle aging (Saxon Brown current releases typically lag one-two vintages by design) are the hallmarks of Saxon Brown wines, which are elegant and age worthy. The only exception is the Saxon Brown Semillon, which is made to be senjoyed in its youth when it is both lively and rich in lush fruit flavors.
